Yes, we require that you turn on billing in order to use the service.
If your card is declined, we'll send you an email about why the payment was declined. You'll have a few days to resolve the problem before we try charging you again.
Yes. When you enter a credit card, we immediately charge your card for the amount associated with your subscription.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
No, we do not offer refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, please open up a ticket with us.
We don't provide invoicing or support purchase orders. We do provide receipts that are emailed monthly or yearly on your account's billing date. You can download any of your past receipts for your account at any time.
Your monthly bandwidth usage is the cumulative network bandwidth you used in the month. Your monthly storage usage is the average storage you used in the month.
No. At this time, 6px does not offer a service level agreement (SLA). We do have plans to provide a SLA in the near future.
Our limits are soft limits. Once you exceed these, we'll email and ask you nicely to upgrade to a plan to better support your usage. If an upgrade does not happen after an extended period of time, our systems will automatically add overage charges to your account.
An output is simply the number of iages that you generate or inspect using 6px.
